Ordering
Orders can be made online via our secure server, or by telephone, fax, or post.
Orders incur postage and packing charges that can be determined by stage 2 of the ordering process, for destinations that are not covered by this process please contact CrackedFinger sales for quotations to deliver.
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
We do not accept third party cheques or credit/debit cards.
We reserve the right to alter or amend product specifications without prior notice.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of the contract, and for up to seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing.

Delivery
Orders will be despatched the next working day for delivery within three working days thereafter. Allow a further five working days if payment is made by cheque. Next day delivery is available on request and a charge will be made.
You will be immediately notified if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and given the option to cancel or amend your order.

Guarantee
All products are guaranteed for one year against defective workmanship.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your consumer statutory rights.

Returns
We must be notified when damaged or missing goods in writing within five working days.
If the receive does not inform th ecourier that the package is damaged when authorising reeipt of package, you have indicated that the product shave not been damaged through shipping, and no product can be returned for this reason.
Before returning any defective goods you must first contact CrackedFinger's customer support to attain a Return Authorisation Number. We cannot accept any returned goods without a Return Authorisation Number.
We regret that goods incorrectly ordered cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
In cases of product defect CrackedFinger will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of return and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock. If the product ordered is of incorrect size then the customer pays the return postage and CrackedFinger will pay for the postage of the replacement product.
If the customer decides to return the product and cancel the order, the customer will pay for the cost of the return postage.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
