CrackedFinger announces the 2nd Team Member for this years sponsorship programme - 9 year old Judo Player Lucas Rowe

Through CrackedFingers sponsorship programme that aims to provide support to the future stars of Martial Arts CrackedFinger announces the 2nd Team Member, 9 year old Lucas Rowe from Kettering Premier Judo Club. Lucas has already attained an impressive list of competition results, and strives to achieve goals further than competition results,

"It is not just contest that Lucas is interested in. One of this years goals is to gain his first junior referee qualification and last year at the age of 8 he helped his Dad practise for his 1st Dan theory by being his uke at home before the grading - and correcting more than a few of his Dad`s techniques!"

Ian Rowe, Lucas`s father, applied for sponsorship using CrackedFingers online application form. Ian stated Lucas`s goals,

"Short term goals are to gain greater success at higher level Open and Age Banded competitions and then to be selected for the Midland Area Squad and fight in the Nationals. In 2002 and 2003 Lucas spent time training in Japan in the summer and he would really like to represent his club and Area in international competition."

CrackedFinger wished Lucas the best luck when striving to achieve his goals.
