The School teaches: Shotokan Karate Self Defence.
There are NO contracts it is pay as you train.
At present the fees are:
Tuesday: £4:00 for 2 hours.
Friday : £5:00 for 2 1/2 Hours
FIRST LESSON IS FREE.
We are non profit, all funds are put back into the School. The School is fully Insured.
The ages at the school at present vary from age 6 to 53 years. Starting age is from 6 years.
We have fully qualified & registered English Karate Governing Body (EKGB) Instructor's.
We offer a friendly but disciplined environment
Gradings are held every 3-4 months.
The School concentrates on the three K's
Kihon (Basics) Kumite (Sparring) &
Kata (Sequential combination movements)
Keith Bailey (Sensei) the Founder and Chief Instructor is authorised to grade up to and inclusive of 1st Kyu (Just before 1st Dan Black belt).
For Black belt Dan Gradings a panel is held with the Chief Instructor Rob Curtis Sensei (5th Dan) from Ryoshin Shotokan Karate Association.
We visit our sister clubs at Ripon & London as often as possible. Guest Instructos attend when invited.
We can provide cost effective Suit's (Gi's) and all Martial Arts Equipment.
Other fee's: Licence, Annual Subs & Grading.
