Practising Jujitsu is an excellent way to get fit, increasing your strength, stamina and flexibility. At the same time you will learn some valuable self defence techniques. Many of the techniques do not rely on strength, so you don’t have to be a muscle man to take part! As you learn more you may wish to take gradings, or to enter competitions. Park Lodge JJK (HW) is affiliated through Jikishin Jujistsu to the B.J.J.A. (British Jujitsu Assocation). Instructors are registered and insured.
