We are a well established Freestyle Taekwondo club based in Thetford Norfolk. Our style incorporates a broad base of traditional Taekwondo coupled with modern fighting styles and martial arts.
The club has a freeform approach to teaching and no two lessons are the same. We use semi-contact sparring and all students are encouraged to participate.
Our style also includes an element of floor (mat) work loosly based on judo where students get the opportunity to grapple and try out their locks and take downs.
The club has a large number of junior students but is always looking to recruit both junior and adult students.
