The Chadwell-St-Mary Ju-Jitsu club is open to anyone interested in learning Aiki-jitsu, Ju-Jitsu or just Self Defence
The Classes are fun and enjoyable and are open to all ages from 8yrs-65yrs, and you do not have to be athletic or super fit to join, just a willingness to learn
We also offer training in Bo, Jo and also Iaido
