It is a great pleasure to share with you some of my experiences while wandering my path. I have been very fortunate to train with some great teachers, each one in the top of their field. This has given me an insight into Martial Arts and Healing, which has changed my life in direction and quality. It is my hope that this site will help like minded people to become more informed of the great potential for learning and growth that we all have within us.
My deepest regards to my Wing Chun Kuen and Chinese Medicine teacher, Robert Chu Sifu, for his continuing guidance and support. Robert Chu Sifu is a remarkable man, gifted to a level beyond that which most of us could believe. I am eternally grateful to him for all his teachings and I am honoured to uphold our family’s martial arts and medicine.
I would like to thank my Eskrima teacher Guru Mark Wiley for his excellent instruction and friendship. Learning his art of Integrated Eskrima is a true education in the Filipino Arts. Mark is unlimited in his knowledge of the Filipino Martial Arts and continues to be a strong influence upon myself. To represent his name and art is a great honour for me.
Further thanks to grappling master Matt Furey. Matt’s understanding of conditioning and Submission Fighting, has changed the way I train forever. His positive approach to everything he does, has helped energize me with an inner power that continues to develop.
I would like to give special thanks to my Tui Na teacher Maria Mercati, a leading authority on Oriental Bodywork. She leads by example and is always full of inspiration. Without her help I would not have been able to begin my journey in Chinese Medicine with such vigour and grounding.
Thankyou to all my students for their support and hard work. I hope they become more mindful the longer they continueon their journey.They give me a reason to continue wandering my path.
And finally, a big thankyou to my wife Carron and daughter Sophie,for their love and the happiness they give me.
